Decided to forego it this year and let some of the new blood attend from my precinct get involved. That’s the only way we grow the party, step aside sometimes and get the new blood in. I think too many times we (generalization not specific) get so caught up in the efforts we forget about those behind us who work with us.The Obama delegate that went has been a tireless worker even though he’s a physician at the Med Ctr. I’m excited and can’t wait to hear about his experience as well.Yes, I was surprised about David also. I see another Mauro in the TX public service in a few years.BTW, yes a blast from the past, we’ll have to catch up sometime.
