(Community Matters) Rick’s a Harvard Public Policy grad, an infantry veteran, a national guard, served in Afghanistan and a state representative. I’ve met with Rick a couple of times and like his politics. Had dinner with his rock star wife, Melissa, who’s a Houston City Councilman.
