So, we’re back to 2 women on the Supreme Court. Though, I fear Justice Ginsburg may not be on too much longer. Assuming just as well qualified, seems we should be shooting for 50% female representation. Justice Sotomayor’s back-peddling notwithstanding, of course the court’s decisions will be better as informed by an appropriately diverse body. Posted from my blackberry
