But the question to be asked after eight years of Bush/Cheney is this: Was such a danger [terrorists getting their hands on a nuke] more acute, or less acute, when those two men left office on Jan. 20, 2009 than it was when they took office on Jan. 20, 2001? Was Iran closer or further from a weapon? Was North Korea closer or further? Were the weapons in Pakistan closer or further from falling into terrorist hands?
