  1. Narwahl sounds more than a little creepy. If we’re upset with Facebook and Google knowing too much about us (and I certainly am), this is just as bad, if not worse. If political campaigns are going to figure out who you know and what you think from Facebook, that’s all the more reason to shun Facebook.

    This reminds me of back during the Bush years when I used to receive voicemail messages inviting me to “dinner with President and Mrs Bush” (a party fundraiser, no doubt). This, despite my never having donated one penny to a political campaign and never having supported Bush. They apparently got my phone number from an internet domain I had registered which had the word “securities” in it, and assumed that I must be a Republican with a lot of money. Neither of which were true.
