Eden East Again

(Community Matters) Couldn’t resist – back to Eden East at Springdale Farms last night w/ Carly & Clayton Christopher. The menu was summer sausage, egg plant frites, crispy oysters, melon carpaccio, grouper and a lemon bar for dessert (details here). Gotta love byob: a Deep Eddy Tea peached cocktail, Gaston Chiquet champagne, Chateau Carbonnieux Gran Cru Classe de Graves, and a Charmes Chambertin. Once again Sonya was brilliant.
