(Community Matters) Friends and readers might remember that I don’t cheerlead for Attorney General Greg Abbott. Neverthelesss, kudos where they’re due. His brief in support of an inquiry investigating the truth of a relationship between the prosecutor and sitting judge at Hood’s trial is refreshing.
This is by no means a statement in support of Charles Dean Hood. The evidence is reportedly overwhelming that he brutally killed two people. This is in defense of fair justice and judicial procedure.
