Not good. I agree with Joe Biden’s son and NY AG Eric Schneiderman, “events leading up to the mortgage crisis must be fully investigated, including origination and securitization practices, before any broad immunity is granted.”
I get the other side of this equation, we’ve got to move housing stock if we’re to bring this country out of recession. However, the lack of personal accountability for the mortgage & financial crisis, the Great Recession, undermines critical trust
